Support
OnRecord is the monthly investor update, on one page. You enter the numbers. It writes the letter from those numbers. Last month is already there when you come back.

Is OnRecord for you
-
Founders who have already raised and still owe last month’s update. Pre-seed and seed, a handful of investors, no finance hire. If you have not raised, you do not need it yet.
-
One page: what changed, plan against actual, cash, what you’ll do next, and an ask if you have one. Empty fields stay off the page. You edit every line, then download a PDF or copy a short cover note.
-
No. Not a board pack, and not an information memorandum. One letter, the same shape every month.
-
No. It only uses what you enter. If actuals miss plan, it asks for a reason. It will tighten your notes into short sentences. You still approve them.
-
A new chat does not remember September when October opens. OnRecord keeps last month’s numbers and the list you wrote, so you don't have to rebuild it from old emails. Plus, the PDF generated is on-brand and always optimised for what investors want.
-
Two months free, then $29 a month. Card at the start; charged when the trial ends. Cancel in billing before then, and you will not be charged.
-
They get the PDF. You are the only person in the account.
Using OnRecord
-
Open a new update, add what changed and your numbers, review last month’s priorities, then generate and edit the draft. Download the finished one-page PDF when you are happy with it. Most people finish in around ten minutes once they have done their first update.
-
Your update is due whenever you have agreed to send it to investors. If reminders are switched on and you have an active trial or subscription, we remind you from the 5th of the following month when the previous month’s update has not been created. We never remind you about a month before you signed up.
-
Yes. Every part of the generated update is editable before you download or share it.
-
Yes. Add your logo, colours and type choices in Settings. OnRecord keeps the document layout consistent while applying your company’s brand.
-
At the start of each update, you review the priorities from the previous month. Mark each one as done, defer it to this month, or drop it. Nothing is marked complete automatically.
-
Yes. You can choose A4 or US Letter in Settings. Your preview and downloaded PDF use the same selected size.
-
Trial and subscribed accounts can generate up to ten updates per company each calendar month. You can continue editing an update after it has been generated.
-
Go to Settings → Manage billing. This opens Stripe, where you can cancel your subscription. Cancel before your trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
-
Your trial should start automatically when Checkout returns you to OnRecord. If the page does not update straight away, sign out and back in, then check Settings. If access is still locked after a few minutes, contact support with the email address used at Checkout.
-
No. Do not pay again straight away. Stripe may already have started your trial even if the return page failed. Sign back into OnRecord and check Settings first. If the trial is not showing after a few minutes, contact support.
