OnRecord is the monthly investor update, on one page. You enter the numbers. It writes the letter from those numbers. Last month is already there when you come back.

A business report page showing September 2026 sales data, including revenue, customers, burn rate, cash reserves, and headcount, with metrics and targets, over a white background with black border.

What's in the sample update

This is the page your investors get, filled in for a sample company. Every update has the same layout each month, so investors know where to look.

Title. The month and the few numbers that matter, in one line. Summary. A short paragraph on how the month went, written from the numbers you entered. Top five stats. Revenue, customers, burn, cash and headcount, each with last month's figure or the change beside it. Metrics. The same numbers in a sentence, including runway. What changed. What moved this month and why. If a number missed plan, your reason goes here. Wins and misses. Both go on the page. A miss sits next to the win. Ask. Only if you have one, like an introduction you need. If a field is empty, it doesn't appear on the page. Next 30 days. What you'll work on next, with your priorities and a target. Next month, you mark each priority as done, deferred or dropped.

Your brand, your words

The update uses your logo, colours and fonts, so it reads like a letter from you. It only uses the numbers you enter, and you can edit every line before it goes out. Then download the PDF (A4 or US Letter) or copy the short cover note.
